It's Sunday Night. Jay and I just made burgers with avocado, bacon, tomato, Gouda, caramelized shallots & onions, mayonnaise, and lettuce on a Macrina bun.
Needless to say, our Pike Naughty Nellie went deliciously with our burgers. Here's our official review:
Jay: Mild, bready. Solid. I bet this would go well with most foods. 7/10
Claudia: Like bread. It would go well with fish. 7/10
