Oskar Blues Dale's Pale Ale

Tonight we made roasted chicken with vegetables and a simple salad. Yesterday, we picked up a six-pack of Dale's Pale Ale, a Colorado-based beer that's sold in cans, which we drank with it.

Jay: Intense hoppiness and citrus flavor throughout. Solid flavor, mild complexity. This doesn't pack as much punch as an IPA, but for a canned beer, it's really good. 7/10

Claudia: Fruity, peachy introduction. Hoppy, round finish. Has more depth than most canned beers. (Wish I had some cornbread to go with this.) 6.5/10

We discovered that the fruity flavor emerges after the beer sits at room temperature for 15 or 20 minutes; the complexity is unnoticeable when it's poured straight from the fridge.
