Jay: A clean, herbal taste is joined by a smooth dose of citrusy, piney hops. Lemon lingers lavishly; hops hug heartily. The bottle is labeled 'Imperial Amber' but it seems a lot like an IPA to me. Too bad we can't get this in North Carolina; I really like it. 8.5/10
Claudia: Smell of peaches unfolds into a sour composition of hops and juices. This is light and airy but as resilient as a profound afterthought. I could see this beer pairing well with a hearty summer salad. 8/10
