Stone Cali-Belgique

Today was yet another rainy Sunday. We made Thai beef salad for dinner, a surprisingly light and easy dish, considering a flank steak was involved.


We paired our meal with Stone Cali-Belgique IPA.


Claudia: Reminiscent of pineapple but still hoppy. Like nectar. Walking along the beach at night. 7/10

Jay: Tastes like pine and pineapple. Very hoppy; smells like a Belgian, but tastes mostly like an IPA. Floral aftertaste. 7.5/10
