Claudia: A fresh malty smell gives way to lemons and grapefruit, and then finally spruce. This beer is crisp and aromatic and never overwhelming. It is a golden hue and reminds me of bountiful fields. I can't even express how perfect it is. Highly drinkable and very distinct. 9/10
Jay: Smell is very complex. I detect banana, something akin to smokiness, and the sweetness of Valentine's Day candy hearts. The mouthfeel is thin; carbonation is noticeable and pleasant. Tastes like a classic hefeweizen, but the finish is somewhat watery and doesn't pack quite as much punch as I'd like. Still, this beer is very tasty and drinkable; it also paired excellently with our dinner. 8/10
